Deer Valley - Empire Pass ~ Empire Pass is located at the top of the Deer Valley Resort ski area. These are true ski-in/ski-out properties that rival the finest in the world. The majority of the these properties are second homes. These property owners will also have the opportunity to participate in an elite amenity package called the Talisker Club. Single family home opportunities in the area also known as Flagstaff or Empire Canyon are: Bannerwood, Nakoma, Northside Village, Red Cloud, and Paintbrush. Lower Deer Valley ~This Park City neighborhood is made up of quite a few condominium complexes that feed the base area for Deer Valley Resort. Upper Deer Valley ~ Also known as the Silver lake area, and is represented as Mid Mountain at Deer Valley Mountain Resort. The area which used to be Lake Flat was Park City's first mining settlement. The lake which sat where Deer Valley’s Mid Mountain Lodge site was inadvertently drained by a mine tunnel located in the vicinity. The area is now home to luxury ski-in/ski-out homes and condominiums. Homes in the area are at an elevation of about 8000 feet. The area is accessed via Royal Street from the base of Lower Deer Valley or via Ontario Canyon Road (known as the mine road) via Marsac Avenue (it's about 2 miles up the hill from the roundabout in Park City).

The Upper Deer Valley area is home to some great restaurants and the normal ski base area retail stores and condominiums.
