Jeremy Ranch is an established community of well built homes with dramatic views amongst a golf course setting directly east of Pinebrook (on the other side of I-80).  Jeremy offers sizable homes for, on most occasions, a fraction of the price compared to other residential areas closer to town.  Its’ proximity to schools such as Jeremy School and Ecker Hill as well as I-80 make it very attractive to folks who want a Park City address with easy access to Salt Lake City.  Prices differ dramatically based proximity to I-80 where views and noise can have an impact on location.  The private 18 hole golf course is challenging but very fun and not a prerequisite of ownership in Jeremy Ranch.  If you’re not a golfer, you can look into a social membership at The Jeremy.  If you’re looking something with less maintenance, Jeremy Ranch also has a nice selection of condos to choose from.
