If horses, acreage, and big ski area views are on your short list, this is the place.  Silver Creek has a mixture of paved, gravel, and dirt roads and allow for homes styled from log cabins to gentleman’s ranches.  The Preserve and The Ranches At The Preserve are two private gated communities with year round access located within Silver Creek.  The Preserve is just over 1700 acres spread over 88 lots averaging 10 acres in size.  The Ranches at The Preserve are all equestrian lots averaging about 15 acres in size.  Both communities have tremendous attributes.  Goshawk Ranch is another to consider when searching in this area and every now and again a home comes on the market in here.
