Silver Springs is a very popular location for year round residents.  Topographically it is very flat which lends it to be a great place for families with young children that will be out at about most of the day on bikes or walking to friend’s houses.  It also offers a pocket park and two HOA maintained lakes that are used for non-motorized recreation in the summer months.  Just a handful of buildable lots are left in Silver Springs.  A portion of Silver Springs backs up to the Swaner Nature Preserve, a prized possession in Park City.  The developments located within Silver Springs include Southshore, Northshore, Ranch Place, Snyders Mill, and Willow Creek Estates.
