Trailside is another one of Park City’s terrific family neighborhoods.  Trailside is conveniently located close to I-40, I-80, the Redstone Shopping, area as well as the Round Valley trail system.  Most of the homes are walking distance to Trailside Elementary School which makes it a popular part of town for younger families.  Trailside has a great mix of single family home from the luxurious 5000+ square foot homes of Mountain Ranch Estates to the affordable Sun Meadow, Trailside Park, and Silver Summit subdivisions.  It appears that no matter where you are in Trailside, wonderful views of the ski area abound.
